The Grounds

Relax under a tree or stroll around the FARM grounds…

The FARM is situated on 1.3 acres including a wooded area behind the main structures. We have 2 neighbors on one side, but the two-thirds of the property is bordered by Mint Hill park land. Across the street and directly in front of the house lies a horse farm.

The FARM outdoors is quiet and peaceful. You can usually hear the birds singing, and occasionally, you may hear one of our neighbor’s roosters crowing in the distance.
